- A candidate shall have passed the qualifying examination of B.C.A./ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ B.Sc. (IT)
/ B.E. (CSE)/ B.Tech.(CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree or passed ANY GRADUATION degree (e.g.:
B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B.Voc./ etc.,) preferably with Mathematics, Business Mathematics or statistics
at 10+2 level or at Graduation level. For students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will
be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per
the norms of the concerned University. - AND Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

- M.C.A (Master of Computer Application) is a two-year post graduate AICTE approved professional degree in Computer Applications from 2020 admissions onwards.

- What is the eligibility criteria for an MCA course?
- Passed BCA/ B. Sc. (Computer/IT) / BE (Any branch) or equivalent Degree. OR
- Passed B.Sc./B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). AND

- The Selection process is based on the score obtained in the CMAT examination for the respective academic year, and Minimum required marks in graduation, by ACPC.

- Not necessary but prior computer knowledge can be an added advantage.

- Yes, you can get provisional admission to the course.
- Your admission will be confirmed once the results are published and you satisfy the eligibility criteria for MCA before the last date of admission.
- What is the fee structure for an MCA course at LDRP?
- 2024 fee structure* Rs. 97,000/- Per Year. (* subject to change for 2025 admissions.)
- What is the syllabus for MCA at Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya (KSV).
- The syllabus is available on the institute web site. Syllabus of Semester-III will be a part of Semester-I in the new 2-years Course. And, for Pre-requisite subjects, Bridge courses are designed by the university.

- What are the different specializations that can be opted for MCA@LDRP?
- Specialization tracks in MCA as per the syllabus by the university (KSV), are (1) Mobile Computing (2) Data Analytics, and (3) Networking.

- Yes, we provide separate hostel facilities for boys and girls.
- What are the placement activities?
- The Institute has a strong placement cell.
- The cell manages campus recruitments and arranges employers to visit the campus, to interact with the final year students and the subsequent recruitment process.
- How much do I expect to earn after MCA?
- Sky is the limit.
- But as it is a technical field, it depends more on your technical expertise.
- If you do your MCA, you may expect to get anywhere between 5 Lacs to 15 Lacs per annum in India and much more abroad.
